1、參考文獻在文中引用格式

　　參考文獻列表中的每條文獻在正文中都要被引用。正文引用時，文獻的標注內容由著者姓名(中文文獻)或姓氏(英文文獻)與出版年構成，并置于“()”內，格式為(李志強，2000)。集體著者著述的文獻可標注機關團體名稱。倘若正文中已提及著者姓名，則在其后的“()”內只需著錄出版年，格式為“李志強(2000)研究指出……”。在正文中引用兩位著者文獻時，英文文獻格式為(Smith and William, 2001)，中文文獻格式為(李志強和李小兵，2000); 在正文中引用兩位以上著者文獻時，對英文文獻只需標注第一著者的姓氏，其后附“et al.”格式為(Smith et al., 2001);對中文文獻應標注第一著者的姓名，其后附“等”字，格式為(李志強等，2000);對于只標注第一著者姓氏使英文文獻無法識別的情況，引用時還需加上第一著者的名。同一著者不同年份的文章在正文中的引用格式為(李志強，2000，2001);同一著者同年份的多篇文章在正文中的引用格式為(李志強，2000a，2000b)。同一處引用的多篇文獻應按出版年的先后排序。

　　2、參考文獻列表的排列規則和著錄格式

　　所有文獻按著者姓氏的英文字母順序排列;同一著者不同年份的文章按出版年的先后順序排列;同一著者同一年份的多篇文章在正文中引用時和在參考文獻列表中都要在年份后加“a，b，c…”，以示區別;著者姓氏的英文字母相同的參考文獻，中文文獻在前，英文文獻在后。

　　本刊參考文獻的著錄格式(采用“著者-出版年制”)如下：

　　期刊：著者(多位作者需保留前三位姓名). 出版年. 文章題目[標志代碼]. 期刊名稱，卷號(期號，全卷頁碼連續的可省略): 起止頁碼.

　　著作：著者(多位作者需保留前三位姓名). 出版年. 文章題目[標志代碼]// 編者姓名. 書名. 出版地點：出版社名稱，頁碼(總頁碼或引用頁碼).
